We explain what data we process in connection with the use of the Foundation Web3 website and what rights you have.

1. Data controller
The controller of personal data and the operator of the website is the company indicated in the "Site operator" block on this page. For privacy matters, you can contact us at the e-mail address given in that block.
2. What data we process
The website is informational and educational. We do not maintain user accounts and do not require registration. The scope of data is limited to:
- technical data recorded automatically by the server (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request), necessary to provide and secure the website,
- data provided voluntarily if you write to us by e-mail (the content of the message and the sender's address).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- providing the website and ensuring its security and stability (the controller's legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- handling correspondence you send to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Cookies and analytics
In its basic scope, the website does not use cookies for tracking or profiling. If we implement analytics tools or other cookies in the future, we will ask for consent and update this document.
5. Data recipients and hosting
The website and the content database are hosted by a cloud infrastructure provider acting on our behalf. The provider processes data only to the extent necessary to provide the hosting service, under appropriate contractual obligations.
6. Retention period
We keep technical log data for the time necessary to ensure security, and then delete or anonymize it. We keep correspondence for the time needed to handle it and, if necessary, to document its course.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or another competent supervisory authority.
8. Cryptocurrency donations
Support in the form of USDT donations on the Solana network is voluntary. Transactions are carried out directly on the blockchain and do not require you to provide us with personal data. We do not collect donors' identity data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the law or the way the website operates changes. The current version is always available on this page, together with the date of the last update.
